hi,
For DRV8302, Minimum operating voltage is 8v (PVDD1) ... i want 6V actually
i also see the VPVDD_UV (under voltage protection limit) is 6V (Max)
does it means it can still work normally when PVDD1 > 6V ??
thanks !!

Hello Bill,
Even though Pvdd UV protection is at 6V but GVDD UV protection is at 8V max (GVDD is required for proper operation of gate drivers. and charge-pump), therefore DRV8302 will not function below 8V.
Bill,
We have actually been internally discussing bringing the voltage down to a guarenteed 6V minimum on the DRV8302. It will operate down to 6V, but your Vgs on the FETs will be compromised slightly.
This is what the new spec will look like once we update the datasheet which is a few weeks away.
GX_NORM
Gate driver Vgs voltage PVDD = 8–60V 9.5 (min) 11.5 V (max)
GX_MIN
Gate driver Vgs voltage PVDD = 6–60V 8 (min) 9.5 V (max)
