There is a deglitch circuit on the ENBL pin which sets the delay from input to output active. The typical time for the deglitch delay is ~2us.

My apologies. The deglitcher is using an internal clock to sample and varies based on the internal clock variation and the point when the ENBL input is sampled.

For the device I measured, the ENBL to OUTPUT active varied from 2.35us to 3.75us. The input cursor was placed on ENBL at 1.5V and the output cursor was placed on xOUT pin as the pin started to rise.

From this it appears that the internal sampling clock is approximately 1.4us and the actual delay from deglitcher to output active is approximately .95us.
