Hello,

while reading this Ti Design I cannot find anything about PFC. How is this implemented?

Hi Ingo,

I don't see any claim about PFC included in this design. Are you looking for something with PFC applied?
Also we can ping the designer of this project if you need.

Hi Wilson,

thank you for quick answering. I think, such an application like TDIA-00472 is not useful because above 75watts PFC is necessary. One possibility is to include software considering PFC in a single hardware stage. But it would be properly enough for my application to have a fixed controller/driver, with a few options for parameterization. I haven't found anything on TI website...?

I think the following kit is including both PFC and BLDC control inside.

Hi Wilson,

no, that's not I'm looking for. It is too complex. I'm searching for a low cost solution to drive a pump-motor with fixed speed. While searching for ideas I found this: http://vtb.engr.sc.edu/vtbwebsite/downloads/publications/SingleStagePaperV2.pdf
