DRV2605LEVM-MD: RMS value of rated voltage tested by oscilloscope is not equal to what I set

Have you run the auto-calibration routine? Its important to calibrate to the LRA for accurate rated voltage.
I noticed that the overdrive (OD) voltage is 1.6V. The OD voltage is in Vpeak and the rated voltage (RV) is in V_RMS. The OD voltage should be at least equal to the RV*1.414, or 1.98V, in this case.

I follwed your suggestion and set overdrive voltage 0x5d, but output RMS value is 0.92Vrms.

Is there any other setting I need to do ?

How are you filtering your output signal? The filtering can make a big difference in achieving the correct output voltage level.

RC filtering refers to DRV2605L spec 470pF&100kΩ.

Depending on the resolution on the scope you may need additional filtering. However, I'm not sure this is the problem. Can you provide some scope images so I can see what you're working with? I can message you if you would like to provide the images via email.
