Dear Sir

I used TI DRV8703-Q1 drive MOSFET. But there is so many disturbance voltage in my system.

Could you please help to give me some advise ?

When i used DRV8703-Q1 driver MOSFET(there is not motor),It has many disturbance voltage in the  power rail ,CAN rail and the GND . And i test the EVM of DRV8703-Q1  which supplied by TI.

The wave of my system  as below:

    We will investigate and reply soon. Can you provide a little more information?

    Would you please set nSLEEP to a logic low and recapture the images of the power rail, CAN rail, and MCU?
    Would you please confirm the motor is not connected?
    How are the motor inputs of the DRV8703 being controlled in the images? Are the inputs changing at approximately 20kHz?
