Hi team,
The customer is using LMD18200. The schematic is in the attachment. VSS is 48V. The max continuous current is 400mA.
TA is less than 80 degree C. The motor is a linear motor.
The issue is as below:
The boards can be worked well in two weeks. But after two weeks, the 2 pin, 6 pin,10 pin and 11 pin for LMD18200 are shorted to GND
in these boards. There is not obvious signs of burning for the LMD18200 device.
Would you check the schematic if it is correct?
Would you give me some suggestions for the customer's issue?
