TI created a reference design TIDA-00447 using the subject library for MSP430G2744.

 

Can we use the same library for Delfino 377/379?

    Hello Mason,

    I'm not familiar with the TIDA-00447, but typically libraries written for MSP430 are not compatible with C2000 MCUs as they are different cores. I'll move this thread to the Motor Drivers forum to see if they have any additional collateral with Delfino MCUs for you.

    TMS430 is not InstaSPIN-enabled AFAIK, so it must have been done using some library.

    Customers can port the library to Delfino, if only it is in source code form though.

    Otherwise, TI's support will be needed...
