Hi

We are looking for H bridge gate driver for Nch FET (All N ch FET).

We need device that drive external FET.

So, DRV 8850 would not be proper choise for our design.

TPS28225 would be good but it is half bridge driver.

Do you have any device?

    Hi na na78,

    We have several devices that may work.
    The DRV8701, DRV8702-Q1, and DRV8703-Q1 are H bridge gate drivers. The DRV8704 is a dual H bridge gate driver.
    Also many of our BLDC gate drivers such as the DRV8320, DRV8323, and DRV8301 can be used by leaving one of the half bridges floating.
