DRV2605L: Can not Connect to HCC GUI

I use USB2Any adapter to conncet the DRV2605LEVM-CT with computer, and powered DRV2605LEVM-CT by USB cable.

And now, HCC GUI indicates that Hardware not connected！

what should I do to connect it?

HCC indicates that Hardware Not connected.

what should I do to connect it in GUI Mode?

The firmware update is required, so you can refer to the Haptic Control Console User's guide to find further information.
