DRV3245Q-Q1: Could I confirm DRV3245Q-Q1 can support 60000 Rotational Speed?

The DRV3245Q-Q1 does not specify any particular rotational speed limit, so this limit will be determined by the specifics of the application circuit. The primary limitations will be the speed/resolution of the PWM input signal vs the gate timing specifications. The Qg of the power stage MOSFETs also needs to be considered, both for the charge/discharge timing as well as the overall load on the charge pump (6*Qg*PWMFreq must be less than the max charge pump external load current).
