Hi Team,

We are designing DRV3245 PCB

Can I Use 0Ω resistance at current measure input route ?

 

Can we change CSA output filter parameter from 1K/1nF to 330R/470pF?

Can we choose 25V cap for CP1 and 50V cap for CP2?

    1. Can I Use 0Ω resistance at current measure input route ?

    Ans 1  : Yes, you can use 0Ohm.

     

    2. Can we change CSA output filter parameter from 1K/1nF to 330R/470pF?

    Ans 2 : Yes

    Can we choose 25V cap for CP1 and 50V cap for CP2?

    Ans 3 : CP1 and CP2 cap ratings  are based on PVDD voltage. CP1 will see the full PVDD voltage and CP2 will see (PVDDx2)

    If the PVDD voltage can be controlled ( unlikely for automotive load dump) , then the capacitors may be derated.
