Compiler/DRV8332: PVDD_X and OUT_X are short-cicuit

Part Number: DRV8332

Tool/software: TI C/C++ Compiler

This is the third time my DRV 8332  comes to short-circuit between PVDD_X and OUT_X suddenly. I do follow the frame provided in the datasheet and use a power supply with 24V voltage and 1.3A current. Meanwhile, the OCP and OVP modes are opened.

In the beginning, the output closed to the correct curve but only phase A had some delay I thought. And I checked the capacitance of BST_X and OUT_X  and opened it again. Then there was an alert of over-current of power supply. I even did not connect OUT_X with a load but it was short-circuited between PVDD_C and OUT_C that I cannot turn on the power again because of the alert. I don't know why it happened and this is the third time with the same situation. The motor driver should not look like that easy to be broken.

I cannot find out the problem in my design. Could you give me some advice?

The attached figures were the outputs of OUT_X corresponding to GND (the DC curve was amplified 10 times). There has some problem I don't know why of OUT_A. It should work well in the beginning and I don't know what is this problem.
