  • Hi Prarinya,

I don't quite understand what you're asking here. Could you please clarify the question?

    Thanks,

  • Hi Garrett

Thank you so much , I mean the user guide of DRV8305-Q1EVM no signal test to reference .Customer need to know to check this board .

    www.ti.com/.../slvuaq4a.pdf

But in data sheet DRV8305-Q1 item 8.1 (Application information ) is show signal test .

Thank you so much & Bestregard

  • Hi Prarinya,

Section 8.1 of the datasheet only says the following:

"The DRV8305-Q1 is a gate driver IC designed to drive a 3-phase BLDC motor in combination with exeternal power MOSFETs. The device provides a high level of integration with three half-bridge gate drivers, three current shunt amplifiers, adjustable slew rate control, logic LDO, and a suite of protection features."

I see nothing mention of any "signal test" in this section. Are you referring to the Application Curves in section 8.2.3?

The DRV8305-Q1EVM features an on-board TMS320F28027F microcontroller to provide the control and input signals for the DRV8305-Q1. The user's guide contains instructions for how to set up the hardware and install the GUI for controlling the EVM. When set up per these instructions, the GUI will program and control the on-board microcontroller, which will provide the necessary input signals for the DRV8305-Q1 to drive the output stage and spin a BLDC motor.

    Thanks,

    Garrett
