Hi, I  encountered similar problem.

I have connected DRV2605LEVM-CT and USB2ANY.

And i followed the instruction of manuals.

But unfortunately I didn't connect boss with Haptic Control Console. (images are added)

Could you send a USB2ANY firmware update to me ? Thanks~ we use DRV2605LEVM-CT

And firmware update instruction too, please.

    Could you upload again the images, please? It seems that they cannot be downloaded.

    In addition, do you have information about your Windows version? Which version are you using? The DRV26xx EVMs are not compatible with the last Windows versions yet.

    Thank you for your quick reply.

    Fortunately, I solved the problem by ourselves.

    How to update USB2ANY for DRV2605LEVM-CT is shown on Page 7 of Haptic Control Console GUI User Guide .

    We encountered next problem that I2C signal connection descriptiopn is uncertain on same manual.

    I had opened the USB2ANY upper cover and checked connection.

    The result is shown below.
