After reviewing the datahsheets, I see no specification differences between the automotive version DRV8301QDCARQ1 and DRV8301DCA (DCAR) of this component. What are the differences?

Hi, the device electrical specifications are identical .

DRV8310-Q1 is automotive qualified

Note that DRV8301-Q1 is not recommended for new designs We recommend DRV8305-Q1 or DRV8343-Q1

What are the differences between the automotive qualified parts and the non-qualified parts? Reliability & infant mortality testing? Other testing/screening?

Hi, The automotive qualified parts undergo qualification per the AEC Q100 specification. You can refer to the specification for details on the exact qualification methods.
It is not possible to generalize testing/screening differences for automotive qualified versus non-qualified parts.
