I have just received a DRV2625EVM-CT and installed the Haptic Control Software (V1.5.4).

I got the EVM to connect ONE(1) time.  When Ive tried again, I get a windows error that the device can not connect and may not be working.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software several times.

The EVM seems to work in demo mode and does enter GUI mode, albeit with the LEDS seemingly displaying a "F".

Any advise?

    Hi, Tiger,

    Unfortunately, the DRV2625EVM-CT Windows 10 driver hasn't been developed yet. You would need to use an older Windows version to fully support the EVM.

    Only the EVMs that require USB2ANY hardware can be used in Windows 10 environment. See Table 1 of Haptic Control Consolse GUI User's Guide for details about the supported devices:
