Hi Julian,

Vds~20V,Vgs~10V and low threshold, around 1V

Fast switching with Tr/Tf<10nS and low Rdson( <0.15ohm)

I study the data sheet And find the figure.66, the LIN9VG reach up to 11.X V.

Is it enough that VGS just only 10V by your suggestion?

Hi Julian,

LIN9VG is the voltage to ground. Vgs voltage in the system is LIN9VG(~12volt)-Vout(9volts). A 10V Vgs is enough for this application
