DRV8701: DRV8701 IDRIVE and Gate drive current for Parallel mosfet CSD18510Q5B

Hi,

I am using DRV8701  as GATE driver for H bridge using mosfet CSD18510Q5B. Everything working fine when i am using 3 parallel mosfet in H bridge(i.e total 12 mosfet in H bridge ) with setting 150ma source gate current of DRV8701.When i am using 4 parallel mosfet(i.e total 16 Mosfet in H bridge) to increase current capacity then  h bridge not working but when i removing one mosfet from each side of H bridge then it is working fine.

According to datasheet of Drv8701,

IDRIVE=Qgd/Rt

For CSD18510Q5B,   Qgd=21nc and Rise time Rt=17nS

Idrive for single mosfet=21/17=1.23mA ,

Idrive for 4 parallel mosfet is =4x1.23mA=4.92mA 

But still it is not driving 4 parallel mosfet in Each side of H bridge.
