Hello Hsu,
The wire gauge size, material type, and motor specs will be some of the factors affecting the distance. The wire distance should not be too long as to cause the power from the output to drop below the minimal power ratings needed for the motor to operate.
Hello sir,
If we use FPC of 600mm, this distance is ok?
And if we use motor spec as below, what the wire of trace width we should design?
Rated Voltage : 5 VDC
Resistance : 14 Ω
Exciting Driving : 2 phase Bipolar
Pull in torque(at 2400pps) : 17.5mNm
Speed(at 2400ps) : 36.9rpm

Hi,
FPC of 600mm length should be okay to use. As for the trace width, you should choose one such that the trace impedance does not cause the voltage at the windings to drop below the rated 5VDC of the motor.
