LMT86 exists deviation when acture temperature is about 150 Celsius in a test & measurement application, how to optimaze the design and improve temperature sensitivity?

    Hi Mike,

    What kind of deviation are you seeing?

    If you are looking for better than datasheet accuracy, you could perform a single point offset calibration at a higher temperature value. This would also eliminate the effects of temperature on your ADC at this value. 

    Keep in mind that 150°C is right at the edge of the LMT86's operating range, so exceeding that will likely produce behavior that is out of device specification. Even with a calibration we can't guarantee any level of performance above 150°C.
