LMD18200: LMD18200

Part Number: LMD18200

I need more information about how was performed the Total Dose Radiation Test of this part (D9352LMD18200.pdf), it was performed by former National Semiconductor.
I am qualifying this part for space applications, and I need more info, such as the setup schematics of this test (parametric tests).

  • Hi Sonia,

    We will investigate and reply by the end of the week.

    Can you clarify the part number about which you are requesting information?What is the literature number at the top right of the datasheet?

    The literature number should be an alphanumeric string followed by month year and possibly "revised month year"

    An example is SNVS091F –DECEMBER 1999–REVISED APRIL 2013  << the literature number is SNVS091F.

    Also where does the D9352 in the string D9352LMD18200.pdf come from?

  • Dear Rick,

    The part type is LMD18200-2D/883 DIL-24. --> SNOSAS1A –NOVEMBER 2010–REVISED APRIL 2013  (LMD18200QML )

    Sorry, I do not know D9352 comes from. It is the name of the file pdf test report Total Ionization Dose (TID)  from National Semiconductor.

    Best regards

    Sonia
