DRV8840: DRV8840 pharse input max frequency

Hi 

I want to use DRV8840 to control LED

when out1 out2 are H,L ,it turns on red

when out1 out2 are L,H ,it turns on green

the logic is control by pharse pin

but what is the max frequency the phase pin can receive the change the out1,out2 polarity?
