I found this information in the following post:

1) If the customer is driving the M0 input, M0 is in recognized Hi-z state as long as the M0 input voltage is kept between 0.85v and 1.8v.
2) The internal pullup/pulldown resistance on the pin depends on the config pin. The values listed below are typical.
When the device is powered and:
config =1 , M0/Aphase : ~250k to gnd & ~150k to vint (3V typical)
config =0, M0/Aphase ~360k to gnd.
When the device is not powered:
M0/Aphase ~360k to gnd.
