DRV8834: Leakage current for Hi-Z input

Part Number: DRV8834

Hi,

For Hi-Z input to M0 pin, what ampere should leakage current be below?

Best Regards,

  • Hi Tadahiko-san,

    I found this information in the following post:

    https://e2e.ti.com/support/motor-drivers/f/38/p/811392/3003702

    1) If the customer is driving the M0 input, M0 is in recognized Hi-z state as long as the M0 input voltage is kept between 0.85v and 1.8v.

    2) The internal pullup/pulldown resistance on the pin depends on the config pin. The values listed below are typical.

    When the device is powered and:
    config =1 , M0/Aphase : ~250k to gnd & ~150k to vint (3V typical)
    config =0, M0/Aphase ~360k to gnd.

    When the device is not powered:
    M0/Aphase ~360k to gnd.
