DRV10964: Electronics information

Thanks for your E2E post. Sorry, I don't see the purpose of this question. Are you trying to simulate the DRV10964? If yes, then you will not be able to do it because you will be needing the schematic of the device. TI does not provide the equivalent spice model of the device as this is a proprietary information. If you are interested in knowing if DRV10964 is the right device for your application, then please refer to the Applications and Implementation section in the DRV10964 Datasheet which has information on design requirements and design procedure.

Thanks for your reply. Actually I am trying to simulate a PWM control scheme and I am modelling DRV10964 simply as an inverter which is why I just need to input those parameters and there is no need for the device schematic nor the spice model.

The only information that is available in the Datasheet is the Rdson of MOSFET which you can find in Chapter 6.5 in the datasheet. DRV10964 is an integrated control device that has various other components other than the inveter so I'm not sure how accurate your "modelling" of DRV10964 is going to be. Since you are simulating only an inverter, i recommend you to use ideal MOSFET parameters to do your analysis.
