DRV8332: DKD-36 package doesn't have a drawing

The DDW-44 package drawing is included. 

Searching TI's website (http://www.ti.com/packaging/docs/searchtipackages.tsp?packageName=SO) shows the DKD-36 package datasheet (http://www.ti.com/lit/ml/mpds126l/mpds126l.pdf) is also missing any sort of drawing.

How do I make a footprint for this chip with no mechanical drawing?
