DRV8837: DRV8837and DRV8837C RDSON @3V~4.2V

Dear team,

For DRV8837 and DRV8837C, do you have the Rdson when Vin at 3V~4.2V? We saw from the datasheet of figure 3 only see the specific value at 3V,5.5V.

Also, could you give more detailed instruction of Tretry? Will tretry mean the time of H-bridge from off to reopen?

"VIN at 3V~4.2V" Does this mean VCC=VM?

Tretry is the time from H-bridge disabled due to overcurrent to the time the H-bridge is re-enabled.

Hi Rick,

Customer want the data when VCM=VCC=3.7v/4v/4.2v.

Also want to confirm with you, that customer need no change of the hardware and software when change DRV8837C design to DRV8837?

Hi Sammi,

Thank you for the clarifications. We have checked and do not have that data available.

Unfortunately, the RDSon data at these voltages are not available.

There is no need to change hardware and software when change DRV8837C design to DRV8837 assuming the original hardware was configured for the higher current DRV8837.
