As the below figure shows, when I press 'Connect' to access the device Console, the GUI will stop working. My OS version is windows 10 pro. Could you tell me how to solve this issues? Thanks!

Have you tried to update the EVM firmware? In the Help Menu, there's an option called "Firmware Update". Could you click on this option and follow the instructions of the EVM Firmware Updater window, please?
