DRV8304: Strange behavior in PWM !x Mode

Part Number: DRV8304

Hi,

I have solved the last days some issues with SPI communication and the last days I made the first attempt to connect a motor to my PCB. But it is not working and I attached the oscilloscope on SHB and SHC.

I fake the Hall sensors with my controller and I have this output for INHB and INLB:

The Output on the SHB and SHC is the following, I have a strange triangle and SHB and SHC are identical. :

If I change in PWM 3x Mode then I have the following output, SHB looks better but I have also a slope about 1ms, I cannot explain it:

This is my configuration,

as i said in previous post, my mosfet has Qgd 12.3nC and Qg 125nC

Could someone please explain me why in 1x Mode I have this confused behavior ?

And why in 2x PWM Mode I have so slow transition?

King Regards,

Nikos
