DRV8837C: Max PWM frequency

Hi Team

The max PWM frequency is shown on the datasheet as 250kHz.  What limits this?  Might there be uses cases (low voltage/low current) that could allow faster PWM operation?

    Jim,

    250kHz cycle time is 4us.

    1us Overcurrent deglitch time; 160us maximum INx to OUTx delay; 188ns maximum output rising and falling time; input noise deglitch filter are all in this 4us. Also, the charge pump circuit need to support the integrated FET's gate capacitance charge and discharge every switching cycle. All those factors are added up together to limit the maximum 250kHz PWM frequency.
