DRV8821: DrRV8821 IC shutdown problem

Hello,

I am Ananth from Chennai.I have used the driver IC drv8821 with a stepper motor.I am operating the motor in the various PPS. I will explain the flow below

1.I have rotate the motor initially from 200- 1200 PPS in 100 steps.After some milliseconds I have suddenly low down the speed from 1200 to 300 PPS. Then the motors gets ramp up from 300- 800 PPS for some milliseconds then I suddenly stops the motor and give 300 ms delay and It again gets ramp up and  rotate from 300- 800 PPS.

In the above cases i have face a issue on the IC. When I am ramping up the motor from 300-800 PPS ,the particular IC gets shutdown.

What is the possible cases available? I have included the schematic also. Please support and reply me as soon as possible.

    Ananth,

    Sorry for the delay, I was busy last week. Datasheet section 7.3.6 lists the Protection Circuits.

    Please upload the output current waveform to see if the OCP circuit is triggered.

    BTW, I didn't find the VM pin to ground capacitors in the schematic.
