DRV8332: DRV8332 IC not working

Hi Sir,

I'm Using DRV8332 IC

I'Ve given supply voltage is VDD = +12V, GVDD = +12V, PVDD = +24V,

Out put is 10V PWM when i check the readings with out connecting the motor,

when i connect the motor, it didn't respond.

Motor Part number is 539489.

Thanks for your question.

Are you using one of our EVMs of one of your own designed boards? If this is a board that you designed can we see the schematic of the DRV8332 and surrounding components?

Is any fault asserting on the nOTW or nFAULT pins?

Also, please make sure that the OC_ADJ pin has a resistor to GND to properly set the overcurrent threshold (see table 2 on page 13 of the DRV8332 datasheet).

Hi Matt Hein,

i've monitor OTW & FAULT pins.it shows both high.

OC_ADJ pins resistor is 27K

i've posted my schematics also, please help for the board up issues

Hello Koganti,

It looks like no fault is occurring since both nOTW and nFAULT are high.
