is it possible to use parallel MosFETs with the Motorcontroller DRV8343H ?

If yes, how to connect the gates with resistors ?

Hi Michael,

Thank you for your post! While it is possible to use parallel Mosfets for the DRV3843H, Unfortunately our EVM for that device is not designed to be modified to add parallel Mosfets. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

good to know that the DRV8343H can handle parallel MosFETs.

I am planning to make a new board for tests. Could you tell me how to connect the gates when in parallel use?

Hi Michael,

I have included a link to a resource that goes into the details of using a parallel MosFET configuration for your design. It is written for the DRV3255-Q1 but the concepts still apply for the DRV8343-Q1.
