DRV8428: Fixed high for nSLEEP pin

Hi team,

Could you give me comment on following customer question? nSLEEP can't be tied to DVDD, but other external 5V DCDC can be connected to fix the logic high. Is it correct?

Q1. Can nSLEEP be directly connected to 5V DCDC power supply to being fixed as logic high? The customer wants to fix nSLEEP as logic high, and if you have any concerns on this connection, please let me know.

    Sasaki-san,

    nSLEEP can't be tied to DVDD, but other DRV8428 logic inputs can used DVDD as pull-up source.

    If nSLEEP is fixed as logic high, please make sure the input source is stable and ready to drive the motor from nSLEEP logic high.
