Hi,

a customer is looking into the DRV8706-Q1, amongst others the VAREF function is needed.

The gate current with 62mA could be a bit low though. Do we have a part with higher gate current and VAREF?

Hello Frederik,

Thank you for posting to the forum.

The DRV8703-Q1 is a similar part to the DRV8706-Q1 with a maximum Idrive current of 225mA (source) and 430mA (sink).

Let me know if this device works for the customer's application.
