DRV8434EVM: Customer is requesting a letter of volatility for the EVM

Hi Experts

My customer is requesting a letter of volatility for this EVM.

The letter needs to describe the type of on-board memory if any, or confirm there is no memory on the board.

Can someone provide this please?

    Jim,

    Didn't provide such letter before.

    a. it is an evaluation board; not final customer products. The customer can pick their own host controller.

    b. DRV8434EVM uses MSP430F2617TPM as the host controller to communicate with the computer and control the DRV8434. The firmware is preloaded to MSP430F2617TPM before sending to customers. I don't know the type of MSP430F2617TPM memory. We have MSP430F2617TPM support team which can give a good answer. Would you start a new post on MSP430 forum to clarify the memory type?

    I've started a new post to ask the MSP430F2617 team to provide the needed information.

    My customer needs this information so they can confirm it is OK to use the EVM in their high security lab environment.
