DRV8302: GVDD output is abnormal

Hi Team,

When an external 9v power supply is connected, the GVDD output is only about 6v.

When an external 20v power supply is connected, the GVDD output further drops to 2v.

The output of AVDD and DVDD is normal. But GVDD output is abnormal.

3.3V in the upper left corner is a design error, en_buck has been grounded.

Hi Annie,

Can you confirm the voltage rating of C28 and C30?

It looks like there is a split ground and GVDD is grounded to the wrong one. GVDD capacitor should be grounded to GND not AGND. Is R48 installed? If so, where is it on the board? Is it close to the DRV8302?
