I am using Pspice for TI. DRV8308 is unavailable in pspice for simulations. Where can I get the spice model

Hello Rinika,

If you are trying to model the gate driver, we do have gate driver models of parts like the DRV8343-Q1.

The DRV8308 has a very complicated speed loop and control scheme which unfortunately no other device in our portfolio features.
