I received this error message.
What should I do?
Please tell me if there is a good way.

Best Regars,

Noriaki.

  • Hi Noriaki-san,
    We will investigate and have a response by Wednesday.
  • Hello,

    DRV application is trying to contact TI server to download a runtime installer, which contains additional files necessary to run the app. It is possible that the link was temporarily not working or there is a internet access restriction.

    Could you check if you can access the URL in error box using the browser that you normally use? It should return a text file that looks like this:

    gcruntime.v1=1.0.0 gcruntime.v2=2.0.6 gcruntime.v3=3.0.0 gcruntime.v4=4.1.0 gcruntime.v5=5.0.0 gcruntime.v6=6.1.1

    If this works, then please re-run the application installer. If you still get the same error, then please try downloading runtime installer manually by opening this link in your browser

    After downloading the file, please re-run DRV application installer, after first couple of screens, you should get a page that asks whether to install GC runtime from
    web (This is the default option) or install from local. Please choose local option and point to previously download file. This should allow the DRV app installer to proceed using only local files.
