My customer is curious about NMOS drain current vs temperature specification which is integrated in DRV8873-Q1.

I found Rds(on) graph in the datasheet, but couldn't find drain current curve depending on temperature.

Can I get this information?

Hi Oliver,

This information is not available.

The DRV8873-Q1 includes additional protection circuitry to limit the current in the device (overcurrent protection) and disable the outputs when the junction temperature is exceeded (overtemperature protection).

Is your customer concerned about a specific condition?
