Hi,

May I know if have risk when using 5V MCU between DRV8323R? Such VREF & control interface..

    Eric,

    5V MCU is no problem. Please check the Recommended operating and Absolute maximum rating tables in the datasheet to be sure for each pin.

    DVDD is a 3.3V output for limited current needs. This can also be used at pins where 3.3V is needed.
