Hi,

I have a question that DRV8323 chip can haldle the in-line current sensing circuit.

The reference circuit showed the low-side current sensing circuit.

But is it possible to sense in-line current using shunt resistor and DRV8323?

If it is possible, Could you provide a reference circuit using in-line current senssing with DRV8323?

Are you asking to measure the current through the motor phase node?

Min-Su,

The Current Sense Amplifiers inside the DRV8323 device do not have enough common mode range for this type of measurement. You can use an INA240 current sense amplifier forr this but that would be external to the DRV8323.
