Can we control motor speed using this IC.

Yes, you can control the speed by PWM'ing the inputs.

How do I calculated the frequency and pulse width as per the required speed?

Hi Shubham,

A starting point is to PWM @ 20 to 50kHz at the input. PWM between drive and brake mode

The duty cycle will set the speed. Assuming VM is set to the rated motor voltage, a rough calculation is desired_speed/full_speed of the motor.
