How to measure IOH leak current as below datasheet parameter?

What kind circuit I should make to measure it?

In SLVSCZ0C.pdf, page 5, section" 6.5 Electrical Characteristics, nFAULT OPEN DRAIN OUTPUT".

PARAMETER ,TEST CONDITIONS , MIN ,TYP , MAX ,UNIT

IOH -Output high leakage current ,VO = 3.3 V , 1 , µA

Hi Simen,

You need a 3.3V supply plus an ammeter.

When the DRV8872 is powered up, awake, and not in fault, place 3.3V through an ammeter and to the nFAULT pin.

If you want to limit the current, you can place a 1kOhm resistor in series between the 3.3V supply and the nFAULT pin.
