Q: How does the MSECURE state control read and write access to secured registers?
A: If you want read and write access to the registers then you have to set MSECURE=1. If this is done then since the registers can be written it is referred as UNSECURE mode. The opposite is true when MSECURE=0.
The terminology may be confusing initially, however looking at it closely makes sense.
