Hello. The capacitor ratings in the circuit with the DRV10974 driver affect anything? For example, a capacitor between VCP and VCC?

Hi Andrey,

I do not understand your question. Are you asking if the voltage rating of the capacitors effect anything? are you only asking about the cap between VCP and VCC?

What do you mean? What chip frequency? Do you mean the frequency driving of the motor?

Yes, the engine speed! For example with 1 Hz...100 kHz

Hi Andrey,

Why do you need to know the "engine speed"!? The "engine speed" does not really matter for this device. Most of this chips operation is analog.

Hi Andrey,

The DRV10974 will probably not be able to drive a motor below 1Hz because the BEMF of the motor will be too small.
