Hi, I had a fatal problem with DRV8323. Source voltage is 12 volts. I applied 10 kHz pwm with various duty cycles. DRV set to 1xpwm mode and highest idrive current. When i apply the 12 volts to system, spark with some smoke appears on CPH and CPL pins.
