Hi Hide,

In most cases, using 1.5oz or 2oz copper and connecting to thermal pad is sufficient. The DRV8825EVM is an example of this.

We do not recommend heatsinks. You can find many by performing a web search for "smd heatsink" or "heatsink tssop"
