BOOSTXL-DRV8320H: Charge Pump --> too high High Side Gate Source voltage

Part Number: BOOSTXL-DRV8320H

I use the DRV8320H to drive a B6 bridge for steering a sensorless BLDC motor. During operation esp. at higher output currents the driver were destroyed. The phenomenon is reproducable. I performed different measurements on the IC and the only critical voltage for the IC was a too high Charge Pump voltage --> it goes up above 15V from about 10V at normal conditions. For a better understanding what's going wrong I need further informations about the IC itself (detailed block diagram, are there a bootstrap diodes integrated). Maybe there is a specific protection circuit available?

For better understanding I attached some screenshots of the osci:

Channel 3: motor current of phase V; Channel 4: GHS voltage of phase V

The following screenshot shows a good and expected behavior.

The next 2 screenshots show the point where the driver goes defect:

--> High side voltage increases above 15V
