DRV8323R: DRV8323RS heat too much and then got Damage

Hi

 As  I have design BLDC motor Control based on DRV8323RS . But sometimes it works fine.But now I just re-design the same circuit and try to RUN my 50 / 200 Watt motor. But some DRV cards got overheat and then got damage, but few cards work fine. SO please let me know under what condition DRV got over heat . is its load or  Noise .

    Thanks for posting on the MD forum!

    It is very difficult to diagnose this given such limited information. On the damaged DRV8323 devices, once they are removed from the PCB, can you measure the GH/GL/SH pins resistance to GND and compare them with a known good device?

    Please share your schematic, layout, and SPI settings.

    Hi Adam ,  my problem is resolved as i find there is one wrong component in the design placed before  SW pin of DRV8323. Due to which it got heat up when there is no load or load. As I remove it was resolved. Thanks for the support.
