Hi Team,
one of my customers is using the DRV8872 to drive some voice coils, but the internal synchronization with the internal clock is causing unacceptable jitter at the output, so we are looking at replacements. Could you please take a look at the specs below and recommend a solution?
Function: Full dual H bridge
Voltage: 12V
Input: 2x TTL (one for each H bridge) or 4x TTL (for each half bridge)
Current (continuous): up to 300mA per bridge.
Overcurrent limiter: Configurable for any value (or discrete number of values) up to 1000mA.
Propagation delay: up to 30nS (not a hard restriction, but can not have any internal synchronization -> must be able to react on 1ns changes of the incoming pulses).
Rise and fall times: up to 10ns (not a hard restriction).
Control signal is 100kHz PWM with 1ns resolution and duty ration of 15% to 85% (duty ration not being te hard limit as well).
